Singer Songwriter Meiko
MySpace recording artist Meiko was recently featured as one of USA Today’s up and coming singing acts and since then, the doors of opportunity has opened wide for her. The Los Angeles Times Calendar section has featured her on their cover and she has appeared on both the Late Night with Conan O’ Brien show and The Bonnie Hunt Show.
This month, iTunes and Starbucks are featuring her in a nationwide promotion (on all of Starbucks’ two thousand shops) which will include other up and coming artists.
Up next is her Hotel Cafe Tour, kicking off tomorrow, October 9th. The tour is to promote her debut album and the lead single Boys with Girlfriends, which is currently the top song choice on iTunes under Folk Singles Chart.
She also part of the Christmas album released by Epic Records, Hotel Café Presents Winter Songs, along with Fiona Apple and KT Tunstall.

Meiko was incredible on the Hotel Cafe Tour. Her songs are so catchy. It was great to see her with other female artists including Anya Marina. I adore her song “Move You” I heard it on Grey’s Anatomy so I was excited to see her live too!
