The one-two punch

This doesn’t mark the first time that a father and son have worked together on the big screen but if this kid turns out to be anything like his father, the world (and teens who like to squeal) better watch out for Jaden Smith. In his first film, The Pursuit of Happyness, Jaden plays the inspiration for his father’s success on Wall Street and the two learn a lot about life and of themselves. I haven’t seen it yet but I’m sure it’ll be a hearting warming, gut wrenching, “it gets you right here” type of movie and I’m going to hate myself if I don’t see it. And yes we all may even learn something about life while leaving the theater as we scrape the popcorn off our shoes and wonder what kind of soda we stepped in. The movie’s going to be great we all know that, but we should really give a standing ovation to Jada and Will because lets face it people, they have great genes.
